Praveen Sharma is Meteora’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer. As the leader of a diverse team, he focuses on business management and strategy that support the great products produced by the firm. Praveen has had the opportunity to work in senior financial roles with the big 4 firms, working as a client as well as investor and owner’s representative in the property markets and now as CEO of Meteora. Armed with an experience spanning 25 years in Dubai, Praveen focuses on managing the ongoing relationships with Meteora’s equity partners; sourcing new capital relationships; providing direct management oversight of Meteora’s investment management; and investigating and recommending new business lines for Meteora.
Omar Al Omour
Co-Founder + Partner
Omar Al Omour has over 20 years of experience in real estate construction and is considered one of the top qualified engineering and construction professional, having successfully completed projects in the United Arab Emirates, India, Tanzania, and Italy. Omar has consistently focused on the development of complex and sophisticated mixed-use projects and brings with him a combination of local knowledge, experience and management expertise along with international management systems and procedures. At Meteora, he is responsible for construction, development, operations, information systems, sustainability, people experience, and co-management of Meteora’s portfolio.
